Reconciliation is offered every Saturday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm and by appointment.

Sacrament of Penance

    " According to the Church's command 'after having attained the age of discretion, each of the faithful is bound by an obligation faithfully to confess serious sins at least once a year' " However, we are encourged to receive the sacrament of Penance frequently so that we can  benefit from the graces we obtain through reception of theis sacrament.

First Penance

    The Sacrament of Penance is to precede First Communion. Formal instruction for Penance is to be separate and distinct from preparation for the Reception of First Communion.

The minister of the sacrament

    Since Christ entrusted to his apostles the ministry of reconciliation, bishops who are their successors, and priests, the bishops' collaborators, continue to exercise this ministry.
